MY COKE REWARDS BENEFITS OUR SCHOOL
We need YOU to turn My Coke Rewards points into rewards for our school. Last year, our school earned over 8000 points and acquired an All Time Favorite Games Pack.  The pack includes 10 classic games: Chess/Checkers/Backgammon (2), Connect Four (2), Monopoly, Sorry, Trouble, Yahtzee, Uno, and Jenga.  The game were be divided among the classrooms for the students to enjoy.  Every time you enjoy a participating Coca-Cola product, you can enrich the education of our children. In order to give our students the biggest benefit, our school needs help from parents, family members, friends, and others in the community.  You can help support St. Hilary School by collecting codes from Coca-Cola packages. The codes are typically found printed on the inside of the bottle caps of plastic bottles or on the inside of the cardboard packaging. Then you can either turn the codes in to the school office, or you can register for My Coke Rewards at www.mycokerewards.com, enter the codes, and then donate the points to our school. The donations will help provide our students with playground equipment, art supplies, sports gear, educational resources, and much more.

DISMISSAL PROCEDURE CHANGE - PLEASE READ!
We have been made aware of traffic safety concerns from homeowners along the route many of you travel to pick up your children on Moorfield Road.  While the Fairlawn Police Department has observed our dismissal procedure on Moorfield Road and found it to be compliant with the law, safety concerns remain, particularly at intersections where our parent pick-up line may obstruct the view of other drivers.  Moorfield Road is also where our 9 afternoon buses load, which creates additional traffic concerns in that area.  As a result, to help minimize congestion and maximize safety along the route to Moorfield Road, the Fairlawn Police Department has asked that we not have any cars sitting on Hampshire Road.  If traffic is backed up to the corner of Woodmont Drive and Hampshire Road, please proceed down Hampshire Road to a point where you can safely turn onto another street and circle back around into the line.  Please do not avoid sitting on Hampshire Road by turning onto Woodmont Drive and passing the line of parked cars, as this creates additional traffic safety issues in the area where we are loading buses and cars.   Alternatively, you may use our parking lot pick-up line.  A note to those picking up in the parking lot:  please do not turn left out of “Blue Ribbon Drive” – the driveway behind Horning Hall – at dismissal time.  Turns out of this driveway at dismissal time should be right turns only.  We realize that for some of you these changes may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation as we work to do our part to keep the neighborhood safe for everyone.  Please contact Dr. Nugent at pnugent@st-hilary.org or 330-867-8720, ext. 223 with any questions or concerns about these changes.
