Mrs. Jennifer Woodman has been selected as our new Assistant Principal, beginning in the 2016-2017 school year. Mrs. Woodman is an Akron area native and St. Hilary School alumna who recently relocated back to our area after spending 11 years in Arizona building her career as an educator and administrator. She, her husband, and their two young sons, are St. Hilary Parishioners, and Mrs. Woodman taught PSR classes at St. Hilary and preschool classes at Fairlawn West Preschool before accepting her new position at St. Hilary School. Prior to her return to the area, Mrs. Woodman served in a variety of positions, most recently as Assistant Principal/Outreach Coordinator at a middle school in Phoenix. Prior to that, she worked as a language arts teacher and basketball coach, and as an academic coach, modeling lessons and providing professional development and leadership for other teachers. Mrs. Woodman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with an Integrated Language Arts major from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.
