2022-2023 New Student Registration

Welcome!

We are thrilled you have chosen to enroll your child
as a new student at St. Hilary School for the 2022-2023 school year!


Please be sure to follow all of the steps below and read the notes for each step carefully
to ensure your child's registration is complete.

  

How to Register New Students in Grades K-8 for the 2022-2023 School Year

  

Step 1: Collect Documents

Collect all Required Items Listed on the Registration Checklist
and Have Them Ready to Scan and Submit.

Please note that the $150 registration fee will be bundled and invoiced with tuition. 

  

Step 2: Complete Forms

Download, Print and Complete the
2022-2023 New Student Registration Packet Below:

IMPORTANT! Please be sure all forms are completed legibly!

The Physical Exam form for incoming kindergarteners must be taken to the child's pediatrician to be completed and signed.
This form is not due until the first day of school.

Please note that the $150 registration fee will be bundled and invoiced with tuition.

 

 Step 3: Submit Forms and Documents

Step 4: Apply for Tuition Assistance

For Families Needing Tuition Assistance:

IMPORTANT! You will need your 2021 tax information to apply for assistance.
Students must be registered via the above steps for tuition assistance applications to be considered.
Apply by March 1 to be considered for the largest available pool of funds.

  

What Happens After Application?

Applications for students entering Kindergarten are contingent upon
Kindergarten Screening results.
Applications for students entering grades 1-8 will be reviewed as they are received.
Current schools will be contacted as part of the review process
for students entering grades 1-8.

Official acceptance letters and information, as well as tuition invoices, will be mailed to parents of accepted students.

If you have special circumstances, such as relocation, please contact us regarding flexibility in our admissions process.
