LATCHKEY PROGRAM INFORMATION
St. Hilary School Latchkey is a before- and after-school care program. Our program is structured to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all children. We operate on scheduled school days, other than the last afternoon of school. With our program being an extension of the school day, all school rules must be followed.
Latchkey registration forms and registration fees are due before attending the program.
Registration fees are as follows:
$25 / 1 child
$45 / 2 children
$55 / 3 children
$60 / 4+ children
Afternoon
Latchkey is available after school in the school Multi-Purpose Room for grades K-6* from 2:50 until 6:00 pm.
*Please contact the Latchkey office for arrangements for older students.
Snack, quiet/homework time, organized games, and free play are provided daily.
Friday is often “a day at the movies” as the children usually have no homework. We celebrate the holidays with a pizza party, ice cream party or some other special treat.

Morning
Latchkey is also available before school in the school's Multi-Purpose Room for students in all grades from 6:50 - 8:00 a.m. Cereal or a small breakfast snack is provided.

If you have questions about the program, even during the summer, please call the Latchkey program office at 330-873-1282. If there is no answer, leave a message for Mrs. Marissa Melton, Latchkey Director, and your call will be returned. This is a designated phone line for the Latchkey program, and is the only phone number by which the Latchkey program can be reached. Latchkey may also be reached via email at latchkey@st-hilary.org.

LATCHKEY REGISTRATION FOR 2026-2027
This year: Latchkey Registration (Our Fee and Form) will be available online via Digital Academy (see below) beginning AUGUST 10. Latchkey Director, Mrs. Melton, will be available at our Back-To-School night on August 20, to meet and greet, and answer any questions!
LATCHKEY REGISTRATION IN DIGITAL ACADEMY
*ALL BACK-TO-SCHOOL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO LATCHKEY REGISTRATION.*
- Log into your Digital Academy account. (Contact Mrs. Nemr at enemr@st-hilary.org if you do not know your username or password.)
- If you have already completed your Back-to-School forms in Digital Academy, then you can complete the Latchkey Registration. Please click here to register your child(ren) for Latchkey, following the prompts to finish the registration online and pay the registration fee. Your information from your Back-to-School forms should auto-fill into the Registration.
Latchkey Handbook
If your child attended Latchkey last year and is returning, please send a note on the first day of school indicating your child's Latchkey schedule for the first week of school. You will still need to complete a registration.
