Students in grades 7 and 8 have the opportunity to participate in special elective courses to help them discern what field may be of interest to them for college and/or career.  Electives are offered on a per-quarter basis to allow students to have the maximum exposure to a variety of areas.  Topics vary from quarter to quarter and school year to school year, but may generally include such things as food and gardening, cybersecurity, service, crafts, sports statistics, photography, finance and stocks, speech, team leadership and fitness, telecommunications, and education.
