ST. HILARY SCHOOL REGISTRATION
ITEMS REQUIRED

In addition to registration completed online:

For all students:
- $150.00 Registration Fee (paid online with registration)
- Copy of Most Recent Report Card (if coming from another school)
Registration will not be processed without this for students entering grades 1-8!
- Copy of Birth Certificate
(available from health department of city or county where child was born)
- Proof of Parish Registration (i.e. envelope number) if family is member of parish
(this applies to St. Hilary, Guardian Angels and St. Victor Parishes)
- Schedule Pastor-Principal meeting online (new families only)

Also Required for Kindergarten Students:
- copy of most recent preschool evaluation
- Photo of Child (with name on back)
- Must be 5 years of age before August 15 to enroll
- Schedule Kindergarten Screening online

Additionally, for Students with Special Education or Service Plans:
- Copies of testing data and special education or service plans (submit PRIOR to beginning application for admission to ensure needs can be met)

While applications for admission are accepted throughout the year, general registration for 2024-2025 will begin January 11, 2024 and will be conducted online. New kindergartners must be registered by February 9, 2024 to be included in planning for kindergarten screening. Kindergarten screening for 2024-2025 will be held by appointment April 11 and 12, 2024 at St. Hilary School's Horning Hall. Screening appointments are made at the time of registration.
