LATCHKEY PROGRAM INFORMATION
The St. Hilary School Latchkey program is available after school in the school Multi-Purpose Room for grades K-6* from 3:07 to 6:00 p.m. Our Latchkey program is structured in order to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all the children. With our program being an extension of the school day, all school rules must be followed.
*Please contact the Latchkey office for arrangements for older students.
Each day the following is provided:
1. A drink and snack
2. A time will be set aside for quiet/homework time. Reading books, activity books, and story time
will be some of the things other than homework that may be done during this time.
3. Some games will be organized for the children to participate in such as
kickball, dodgeball, basketball, board games, card games, etc.
4. Free play time (arts and crafts occasionally)
Note: Friday is often “a day at the movies” as the children usually have no homework. We celebrate the holidays with a pizza party, ice cream party or some other special treat.
Afternoon Latchkey Fees are as follows:
Weekly Fees $45.00/1 Child - $70.00/2 Children - $80.00/3 Children
Daily Fees $10.00 /1 Child per day
$16.00 / 2 Children per day
$18.00 / 3 Children per day
The St. Hilary School Latchkey program is also available before school in the school Multi-Purpose Room for students in all grades from 6:50 - 8:00 a.m.
Cereal or a small breakfast item and milk or juice are provided.
Morning Latchkey Fees are as follows:
Weekly Fees $30.00/1 Child - $50.00/2 Children - $65.00/3 Children
Daily Fees $ 7.00 /1 Child per day
$10.00 / 2 Children per day
$13.00 / 3 Children per day
A registration fee is due with the registration forms before entrance.

LATCHKEY REGISTRATION FOR 2023-2024
LATCHKEY REGISTRATION IS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE VIA DIGITAL ACADEMY (SEE BELOW). LATCHKEY DIRECTOR MRS. MELTON WILL BE AVAILABLE AT OUR BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT ON AUGUST 24 TO MEET AND GREET AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.
LATCHKEY REGISTRATION IN DIGITAL ACADEMY
STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ADVANCE TO PARTICPATE IN THE LATCHKEY PROGRAM. YOU MUST COMPLETE BACK-TO-SCHOOL FORMS PRIOR TO COMPLETING LATCHKEY REGISTRATION.
- YOU MUST LOG IN WITH YOUR DIGITAL ACADEMY ACCOUNT. Contact Mrs. Smith at msmith@st-hilary.org if you do not know your username or password.

If you have questions about the program, even during the summer, please call the Latchkey program office at 330-873-1282. If there is no answer, leave a message for Mrs. Marissa Melton, Latchkey Director, and your call will be returned. This is a designated phone line for the Latchkey program, and is the only phone number by which the Latchkey program can be reached. Latchkey may also be reached via email at latchkey@st-hilary.org.
If your child attended Latchkey last year and is returning, please send a note on the first day of school indicating your child's Latchkey schedule for the first week of school. You will still need to complete a registration form.
